I love this dental practice, so just popping by to say so! I recently had to get serious dental work done for the first time when I got a crown put in last week. While I’ve been a patient here for years, it reminded me all over again why I keep coming back. First, there’s the convenience that since the office has all the latest dental tech, they can make a crown in a few minutes rather than two weeks. But I also love that I almost fell asleep while they were working on my new tooth. I was listening to nice meditative music while they drilled the tooth down, then got to wear a warm eye massaging device while I waited for the crown to be ready to put in. It was so relaxing, not what you’d think of with dental work. They use a device that creates a 3D model of your mouth, so between old records made when I first came to the office and new scans from last week, this crown is fitting perfectly. I heard from Dr. Sheffield this morning checking to see how I am because they also care about the patients.

Overall, this is just a stellar dental practice that really cares a lot about customer service. I would recommend to anyone, but especially for folks who may feel any kind of anxiety about visiting the dentist. Lie back, listen to music or watch tv, get a heated blanket if it makes you more cozy, and let them do what needs to be done. It’s a low stress environment even if you’re getting significant work done.

Wait times have been extremely short, the office is up to date and accommodating with scheduling.

I’ve been a patient of Jackson Dental for a few years now. Dr. Sheffield and her team at Jackson Dental are always accommodating, courteous, friendly, and compassionate. Both Dr. Sheffield and her team go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable. I’ve had cleanings, fillings, and crown replacement, they never treat me differently, regardless of service. They make my visit pleasant and also provide superior service. They really care about their patients. I highly recommend Jackson Dental for all your dental needs.

I have had nothing short of an incredible experience both times I have been here. I do not necessarily love going to the dentist, but everyone here is so kind and amazing at what they do. The staff at the front are so friendly. I forgot to get her name, but the lady in the billing department is so throurough and patient. Dr. Phelps and Troy had me laughing and feeling comfortable during my entire appointment, truly amazing personalities and great people all around. They did great work on my teeth and I'm so grateful! Definitely come here if you are looking for a new dental office!

Amazing experience. I had my veneers replaced that another dentist had done years ago( that I never liked). My new ones look awesome. The staff and Drs are great. Special shout out to Tori. She was with me every step of the way and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this dental group.

They were very thorough with the X-rays and exam. The most high tech dentist I've ever been too. Amazing procedure! Def won't be seeing another dentist any time soon.

I love Dr. Sheffield and this office! They have state-of-the-art technology and the office is so well run. The staff and Dr. Sheffield could not be nicer! As it turns out, I broke a CROWN ? 2 hrs. later, what was left of the old/broken crown is gone, the tooth was cleaned and fixed, and a brand new PERMANENT crown is sitting in my mouth. And I got to watch FRIENDS on Netflix the entire time

Quite possibly the best experience I've ever had a dental office - every single person was helpful and friendly. They have high-end technology to get the most information about your teeth. Dr. Jackson genuinely cares about helping you maintain the best dental health and Yaya was great with scheduling necessary follow-up appointments. I would highly recommend Jackson Dental and I'm so happy to have found such an amazing dental office!

I highly recommend !! I have had two crowns done with Dr.Phelps and love them. I also like the garage parking, heated massage chairs. This is my new dentist office!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
