Had an excellent service today done by the awesome Dr.Sheffield and her right hand lady Viviana. Viviana made sure I was very comfortable even in uncomfortable conditions. Definitely recommend Jackson’s Dental and Dr. Sheffield+Viviana!

I have to say this place is amazing. My assistant Letty and Viviana did such a great job and the front desk Vlatka. She has the best accent in the world and she’s just so nice and very professional!! I love this place

This place is absolutely amazing.. from the moment you come in, everybody greets you with a smile and they are extremely pleasant. I love this dental practice, so just popping by to say so! I recently had to get serious dental work done for the first time when I got a crown put in last week. While I’ve been a patient here for years, it reminded me all over again why I keep coming back. First, there’s the convenience that since the office has all the latest dental tech, they can make a crown in a few minutes rather than two weeks. But I also love that I almost fell asleep while they were working on my new tooth. I was listening to nice meditative music while they drilled the tooth down, then got to wear a warm eye massaging device while I waited for the crown to be ready to put in. It was so relaxing, not what you’d think of with dental work. They use a device that creates a 3D model of your mouth, so between old records made when I first came to the office and new scans from last week, this crown is fitting perfectly. I heard from Dr. Sheffield this morning checking to see how I am because they also care about the patients.

Overall, this is just a stellar dental practice that really cares a lot about customer service. I would recommend to anyone, but especially for folks who may feel any kind of anxiety about visiting the dentist. Lie back, listen to music or watch tv, get a heated blanket if it makes you more cozy, and let them do what needs to be done. It’s a low stress environment even if you’re getting significant work done.

Absolute class, from start to finish. The team at Jackson Dental is the epitome of a team that loves what they do and who they do it for. As a first time patient here, I was taken care of better than I have in all my years of going through dental offices in different countries and locally here in Florida.

I hadn't been in since before the pandemic started, so I was a bit anxious to be back at the dentist. Luckily my sweet hygienist Delani [SP] made me feel completely at-ease and comfortable (can't wait to see you again for my next cleaning!). She and Dr. Sheffield took their time and thoroughly explained my treatment options. Ashley in billing was super friendly, was patient with my questions and didn't rush me out the door (which I appreciate so much). I'm looking forward to having a beautiful smile again soon and love my care team! Thank you ladies!

From their joyful greeting as I walked in to the attentiveness throughout my visit and all the explanations in between, they made me feel relaxed and well cared for. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Probably the best dental visit of my life, and I was just a first time patient. The technology was amazing and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had Viviana and Dr. Sheffield, as well as a visit from Jackie, and spoke to Steven during my checkout and I cannot praise them enough for being awesome. I felt at ease the whole time, and considered myself downright pampered by the fact that the chair has a MASSAGE SETTING?!! Amazing.

I always appreciate how kind and professional the entire team is at Jackson Dental. I went in for a cleaning yesterday and actually enjoyed the experience! Dr. Sheffield went above and beyond a basic exam and polished a stain on my front tooth. It looks so much better! And Bianca was quick and gentle with the cleaning. I highly recommend!

Always have a great experience here with every hygienist I’ve had over the last couple years, and of course with Dr. Sheffield as well. The front office staff also communicates really well and is always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate scheduling needs. Worth it to note that their auto emails and website are very clear and organized as well.

I hate going to the dentist but this place is one of the best, most professional and well run dental offices I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and my dentist Sara Sheffield is one of the best! I am extremely happy and highly recommend them.

I love Dr. Sheffield and this office! They have state-of-the-art technology and the office is so well run. The staff and Dr. Sheffield could not be nicer! As it turns out, I broke a CROWN 😭 2 hrs. later, what was left of the old/broken crown is gone, the tooth was cleaned and fixed, and a brand new PERMANENT crown is sitting in my mouth. And I got to watch FRIENDS on Netflix the entire time

She is patient, kind, relatable, and takes the time to ensure her patients are comfortable and that they understand the procedure at hand. Additionally, I've had work done by several dentists/specialists over the years, but she has performed the highest quality work that I’ve experienced thus far. I very highly recommend her AND her staff.
