Dr. Kevin Fortier grew up in North Carolina, attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science with minors in biology and chemistry. He then moved to Raleigh, NC to earn his master’s degree in physiology from North Carolina State University, while also working with a renowned oral and maxillofacial surgery group in Durham.
Dr. Fortier attended Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. While at Boston University, he founded the Dental Aesthetics Society, where he brought world class speakers from around the country to speak about life-changing cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Fortier returned to North Carolina and completed his residency training at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center, treating current and former United States military members. Dr. Fortier’s clinical interests include CAD/CAM digital dentistry, implantology, oral surgery and prosthodontics.
After practicing in North Carolina, Dr. Fortier relocated to Florida with his wife Hannah, who is also a general dentist. Dr. Fortier is an avid sports fan and can be found cheering on his UNC Tar Heels, Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots; you may also find him fishing off the coast, hunting in the Midwest with family, or any outdoor activity in-between. Dr. Fortier is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Seattle Study Club.
